SUMMARY:Classic and Vintage Commercial Show
DESCRIPTION:This is a rare opportunity to reminisce and remember the heavy vehicles that used to roll along our roads. The display ranges from vans such as Ford Transits\, Morris Minors and J Types\, to lighter lorries from Austin\, Bedford\, Dodge and Ford Thames to heavier lorries such as AECs\, Atkinsons\, ERFs\, Fodens and Leylands.\nDon’t miss the large commercial vehicle related autojumble where a bargain or vital spare can be found as well as photos\, brochures or models of your favourite commercials. \nTickets for the show include entry to the Museum and Collections Centre\, giving you the chance to see over 350 more cars from our fabulous collection. Inside will be two large Indoor Model Shows\, organised by Ashley Coghill and the National Association of Road Transport Modellers. Over 160 tables will showcase kit and scratch-built models of commercial vehicles and landscapes. \nEvery year\, we are joined by clubs such as the Foden Society\, Morris Commercial Club\, Morris J Type Register\, Post Office Vehicle Club\, REVS and the Transit Van Club. Thank you all very much.” \nShow supporters Kelsey Media will be here with a number of their titles including Classic & Vintage Commercials\, Heritage Commercials and Vintage Roadscene. \n*Please note Sunday 12 June is the busiest day of the show and one of just 5 exempt show days a year. Premium Members and Members can visit for free but these days are exempt from Annual Passes and promotional vouchers.
