In light of the current Covid situation, we have reluctantly decided to close Brooklands Museum on New Year’s Day and postpone our New Year’s Day Classic Gathering.
The Brooklands Classic Gathering will now take place on Easter Saturday, 16th April, so put the new date in your diary and look forward to a fantastic day of historic cars, in the iconic Brooklands setting, with the added benefit of warmer weather than we can normally expect.
Tickets for the Brooklands Easter Saturday Classic Gathering are on sale already, so please go ahead and make your booking here.
If you have a paid for visitor ticket for New Year’s Day it is carried over to Easter Saturday automatically. We appreciate the new date may not be convenient for all, if you require a refund please email finance@brooklandsmuseum.com with your booking reference. Refunds will be processed by 11th January.
If you have a Member’s ticket reserved please re-book for Easter Saturday should you wish to attend. Existing reservations will not be carried forwards. This helps us have an accurate understanding of how many Members intend to come on the new date.
Postponing the event has been a difficult decision, but with the current uncertainties created by the Omicron variant of Covid, it is the wisest thing to do. The safety and well-being of our visitors, volunteers and staff is always our over-riding concern.
By re-scheduling the event, we have the best opportunity of hosting the full spectacular that is our classic gathering for the greatest number of you to enjoy safely.
Please note – Brooklands Museum will be closed on New Year’s Day 1st January 2022. There will be no admissions for any purpose and the car park will also be closed.
